This widespread issue places a significant strain on the healthcare system and individual families. Current 3H care faces challenges such as limited comprehensive medical data and high demand for healthcare resources.

AI Solution

The a3c system, which includes the Akeso mobile app and health kiosks, was developed to complement existing primary care teams in 3H assessment and to promote AI-empowered personalized and group-based intervention.

Key Features

• The Akeso mobile app is designed to make health management simple and accessible. Users can easily record and monitor their blood pressure by taking a photo of the readings.
• Daily physical activities are automatically tracked through a paired Smartwatch and synced with the app.
• Akeso helps users stay motivated through a “farm team” game, where users are rewarded for their health efforts.
• The app also provides personalized recommendations and motivational messages to guide users toward better health.
